Technical Project Assistant

What do you do

• Participate in the design, analysis, and development of innovative IoT kiosk solution, including User Interface, Information System Workflow, Cloud Solution, and Hardware Integration
• Utilize testing and troubleshooting skills to deliver high-quality information technology systems
• Monitor and maintain daily IT operations, provide servers and IT infrastructure support
• Support system setup, configuration and software installation work
• Support system incident handing, problem diagnostics and follow up
• Manage projects and coordinate with clients and partners
• Review design and change of design during installation whenever necessary
• Monitor progress of project and report to the Team leader of any critical changes and potential impacts on cost and/or compliance
• Involve in communicating with different stakeholders including Finance, Marketing, Business Development and Hardware & Software Engineers, to deliver End Products targeting consumer markets in and out of Hong Kong

We are looking for

• Strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented and can-do attitude
• Proactive, willing to take the challenges
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidates with related working experience will be add-value

Technical Requirements

• At least Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
• Ability to program using C#.NET on Visual Studio, and working with Database system including SQL server and Microsoft IIS server are mus
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure and Windows Server will be an advantage
• Knowledge in C, C++ language will be an advantage
• Knowledge in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is an advantage

Administration Assistant

What do you do

• Handle general office administration duties such as stationery ordering, office maintenance, courier arrangements etc.
• Provide clerical support to Department Head in preparing report, presentation and correspondences
• Process expense reimbursement claims
• Ensure telephone calls / mails / e-mails are professionally handled
• Maintain visitors in-out record, greet and serve visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner
• Provide day-to-day administration supports, such as meeting rooms and office facilities bookings, mail service arrangement and coordination of senior management's meeting schedule, etc
• Provide general secretarial support to senior management as required
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related I.T. discipline.
• Ability to develop using C# .NET on Visual Studio is a must.
• Knowledge in WPF, MVC, XAML, and .NET Core is an advantage.
• Knowledge of agile processes, Git workflow and unit testing is an advantage.
